CUPUS Crowdsensing App

CUPUS Crowdsensing App is an Android application for Mobile Crowdsensing.  Citizens can use it to sense their environment using smartphones and can share collected data with others.  It uses sensors which are built into mobile phones to measure the surrounding noise level, luminosity, temperature, etc., depending on available built-in sensors. The acquired measurements are associated with a precise phone location obtained with GPS. It is possible to connect a wearable device with external sensors via Bluetooth or BLE as sources of sensor data. An air quality sensor is an example for such a device.
