Juraj Bišćan was born in Zagreb where he finished Matije Gubec Elementary School, XV Gymnasium High School and graduated at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. After graduating, he started working as a researcher at the Department of Telecommunications on the project Pinova: Development of agrometeorological platform and network of IoT devices of the company Pinova d.o.o.
